Proper management of your sleep quality can generate a sustainable energy level for you. It can improve your wholeness and wellness state, fostering creativity, focus, and inclusivity. This is how you begin your leadership journey.
Sleep isn't merely an activity you do whenever you feel like. It's an essential part of your daily life that allows you to function at the highest possible level, and as well, elevate your wellness state.

My wellness journey began with my personal pursuit of endurance sports. I LOVE long-distance running and triathlon races—it’s a testament to one’s understanding of the word "limits." However, once I learned about my mom’s chronic health issue, I turned my attention to wholistic health and recovery.
Through my endless research, I discovered Functional Medicine and finally became a FM certified health coach & functional nutritional counselor. My intention is simple: Find a solution to my mom’s health issue in any way possible.
It was precisely through this journey, I identified the importance of sleep. I was so surprised that when someone told me if I sleep < 6 hrs, my cognitive performance would be same as some who are legally drunk. Being passionate about giving my best effort all the time, I'm a big advocate for helping leaders address their health and sleep issues so they can show up as their best selves daily!
